Wellness Workshops

Mission: It is our mission to support and inspire women and their families to connect with their life’s vitality and thrive each and every day.


Through these wellness workshops we will share the amazing-ness of women, families, health and wellness and take us a step closer to living in a community filled with happier and healthier families.
Free for anyone who would like to attend.


Workshop topics will include;

Chiropractic and Your Health

Your nervous system is the master system and controller of your body. Your spine houses your nervous system. Subluxations or spinal joint restrictions interfere with your nervous system and can create many health problems.

Chiropractic workshops are held once a month and are an important component of your care plan. Attending a workshop within your first few weeks of care is recommended as the information given will help you understand all of the components important to a healthy spine and lifestyle. Family and friends are also welcome to join the class.



Momma wants her abs back! Workshop


Our core takes on a whole new meaning during pregnancy! But what about after the baby is born? Do the changes change back? Not without a little help and understanding! Learn the core changes that occur during pregnancy and take home an easy step by step program to get your abs back.

30 minute lecture followed by 60 minutes of light exercise. Athletic clothing required.

Spinal Stability Workshop


Stop crunching! Core stability must be established before core strengthening begins. Learn the importance of core stability and master the spinal stability tracks.

30 minute lecture followed by 60 minutes of light exercise. Athletic clothing required.

Standing Core Workshop


We spend most of our day upright, so why do most core exercises move us to the ground? To function properly our core needs to be active when we are standing and sitting. Learn standing core exercises and ways to incorporate your core workout into your day!

30 minute lecture followed by 60 minutes of light exercise. Athletic clothing required.
